It's seed starting time...for the Autumn Harvest! We put a few seeds in the dirt last week ~greens and cucumbers~ and they've popped up! Looking forward to this Fall when we will continue to enjoy fresh veggies.
We love this book by Elliot Coleman, it's all about extending the harvest and getting the most out of your growing seasons.

Cucumbers are delicious! We enjoy them in slaw, have fun making pickles, and love them in a fresh juice!
