Oh your Spring gardens look so nice, and what a beautiful misty backyard photo your mom took. The chicks are adorable, what a great idea! So glad to hear all your home projects are getting completed, I'll look forward to seeing what colors of milk paint you pick, what it looks like... I've never heard of it before, it sounds very country. God bless you all, thanks for sharing a bit of your Spring with us. :)

Wow! Your garden is amazing! I notice that you don't have fencing around your garden beds. How do you deal with rabbits and other critters that try to eat your greens? What about the bugs? I'm having the worst time with the snails on my cabbages and other greens. Any advice would be a huge blessing!

Hi Y'all,
I see y'all are staying busy and doing what you do best! Your story is an inspiration for us all and for that I'm indeed thankful and praise God for keeping y'all safe. I have a friend "Patsy" who asks me about y'all often , she doesnt have internet ,and if there's any new updates. She's in her 70's and still lives off grid too! She's an inspiration herself. One day I hope she has a chance to meet y'all. We all think the world of each one of you and pray for you often.
I do have a question for Miss Vicki please if I may.
I notice that she really loves herbs and especially Basil, my question is, what kind do you like best that you grow & use most. Is it regular Basil as in Italian herbs or is it the Sweet Basil?
Hope y'all have a beautifully blessed summer and looking forward to hearing more updates. See ya on Pintrest ! ;)
